Where We Started
Blade Diagnostics had advanced technology, deep engineering expertise, and established relationships across aerospace, defense, and energy. Its dated website revealed little of that depth. Visitors had to work too hard to understand whom the company served, the problems it solved, and why its expertise mattered. The company was already working with a marketing consultant on strategy, audiences, and messaging. It needed a brand and website that could bring that thinking to life for everyone involved in a buying decision, from engineers to executives.

What We Did
Working from that strategic foundation, we connected the technical story to customer concerns: safety, readiness, maintenance, and component life. The client’s In Flight, On Ground, and At Overhaul model provided a practical way to organize its technologies. Custom icons and diagrams helped explain where each fit, while AI-assisted drafting and human editing shaped expert source material into clearer content. Blade Diagnostics remained the authority on technical accuracy. We redesigned the logo, established brand standards, and created a coordinated website and PowerPoint design. Client-selected customer and partner examples brought visible evidence into the story. We built the website on Squarespace and trained the team to manage its content.
What Changed
Blade Diagnostics gained a public presence that better reflected the sophistication of its work. Prospects could explore relevant problems, understand the company’s capabilities, and review supporting evidence before beginning a technical conversation. The website and presentation design gave the team a consistent way to introduce the company and explain its expertise. With the ability to update the website independently, Blade Diagnostics could keep that story current as its technologies and offerings developed.
